Who we are
CN Services (“we”, “us”) is a managed IT services company based at 41 Fairwinds Road, Eversdal, Durbanville, Cape Town, 7550. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:
- your name
- your company name (if you give it)
- your email address
- your phone number (if you give it)
- the topic you choose and the message you write
We don't ask for special personal information, such as health or banking details, through this website. Please don't include it in your message.
If you call or email us, we'll keep the details you share with us so we can help you.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to:
- reply to your enquiry and give you the help you asked for
- keep a record of our conversation, so we don't ask you the same questions twice
- send you a quote or proposal if you've asked for one
We won't send you marketing emails unless you've agreed to them, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers that help us run this website and our email, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox (Resend). They may only use it to provide that service to us.
Some of these providers store data outside South Africa. When this happens, we make sure your information is protected to a standard similar to POPIA.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry once we no longer need it. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe, including access controls and secure systems. IT is what we do, after all.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you, and ask for a copy
- ask us to correct or update your information
- ask us to delete your information
- object to us using your information, including for direct marketing
- complain to the Information Regulator

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first, and we'll do our best to put it right. You can also contact the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
